At the age of fifteen, MALO began teaching drawing, painting and ceramic classes. Passionate and curious about the drawing process, Radio-Canada Television invited her to take part of two artistic television series in Europe from 1974 to 1978.
Since this formative period, MALO continuously developped researches in different international art study contexts wich led her to a multidisciplinary career : DEC in Arts, university degrees in the Visual Arts, BAC in Communications, workshops, travels and long sejourns in Switzerland, Belgium, USA both in California and in New-York City.
As a professional painter and sculptor, MALO developped different thematic series in different media.
France Malo is a multidisciplinary artist. Painting, drawing, glass, ceramics and sculpture belong to its creative register since several years already. It explores and excavates the matter in the search of a significant esthetism which wants to be to be a lucid witness of the prints left by humanity in the heart of the men. Thus its art seeks to plastically translate the hopes and contradictions of the human nature through sets of forms and lines where the color plays a crucial role.
